I have lived here for 14 months. The property definitely provides appealing apartments and the maintenance team is very responsive. Rent is quite reasonable for the Downtown area! However the building needs to upgrade the Washers and Dryers and several other amenities.

I love the community in this area and the people who live in this building. The staff and caretakers are lovely, and the management office responds quickly to requests and concerns. However, the rent increases a lot every year, while the maintenance remains subpar (washers and dryers, windows, main doors, etc.).

The property is clean and well maintained, staff is friendly and efficient, street parking is the only issue but can’t expect any better in Jersey City

It's pretty much okay great location great value and would be nice if the laundry machines dried better

It's kind of to be expected. Leaks air, has mice and roaches, everything is beat up.
