It's well-maintained apartments, but few setbacks need attention 1. Lifts should be in working condition all time and should be well maintained 2. Tiles are broken close to reception 3. Although 7th floor is non-smoking, people do smoke, not sure if they are outsiders, need to address. Sign boards can help

Loving it

Been here for 3 months, and so far loving it! Parking is a bit pricey on top of pricey rent, but also tecognize that the market is what it is. Some dated aesthetics in the apartment (old kitchen tiles and window blinds most notably). Overall great place, but wouldnt be able to tolerate any significant increases in rent given age and square footage against the current rate.
