It's well-maintained apartments, but few setbacks need attention 1. Lifts should be in working condition all time and should be well maintained 2. Tiles are broken close to reception 3. Although 7th floor is non-smoking, people do smoke, not sure if they are outsiders, need to address. Sign boards can help
