I have never loved a place more; we have no experience with parking or Maintenace yet (which says enough :)). It is a little loud we can hear our next-door neighbor's children bouncing balls off walls and running around and it can be a lot sometimes, but we also understand they're kids with energy and it's too cold to play outside right now!

Great size and location but needs some TLC

Steuben street is a fabulous location in downtown JC and the apartment is spacious and modern. However, the building itself is old and needs quite a few repairs - we've been dealing with a leak for quite some time. Repairs are being made, but they take time and are moving slowly. Additionally, the laundry situation could be better - the shared units are dated and small which causes us to have to consistently re-wash and re-dry. Overall a good place to live, but if these issues could be fixed it would be even better!

Repairs aren’t done not done

Repairs have not been done. I’ve been repeatedly asking them to fix them. Nobody told me when I moved in that there was a killer staircase. I asked for a floor plan, but that was left out even though they knew I had three old twins.

I moved to 142 Steuben in October and had zero complaints. The building was clean and I felt safe in my own home. However, within the past 3-4 months there has been incidences of packages being stolen/ripped open along with mysterious puddles in the elevator that smell of urine. My overall satisfaction has decreased and would love for management to address these issues.
