????????? The building itself is a bit older and could use some visible upgrades—especially in the hallways and common areas, which look somewhat dated. That said, the apartments are absolutely beautiful! Mine gets plenty of sunlight, has large windows throughout, and offers a stunning view of the New York City skyline. Every guest who visits compliments how bright, spacious, and comfortable it is. Resident parking is excellent—definitely 5 stars—but visitor parking is limited, and my friends often struggle to find a spot when they come by, which can be frustrating. Overall, though, it’s a clean, quiet, and very pleasant place to live. The apartment itself truly makes up for the older exterior of the building.

On site leasing consultant / manager (whis due back in Oct) and management company in Fort Lee turned off the air conditioning in September. We have been suffering with inside temperatures of 80° plus. They refused to return phone calls reply to emails. Before you sign a lease, speak to existing tenants. Building outdated. Wallpaper carpets have not been cleaned or changed in 20+ years. Rental increases, are not justified by improvement or even maintaining the amenities from prior years. Lobby furniture was removed in 2020 and never replaced. Poor & dishonest communication from on-site and corporate management. Doorstaff tell tenants they are not allowed to bother the super during his off hours, even though he lives on site. Laundry machines are very expensive and not maintained well. Overnight doorstaff has now been replaeced by buzz in system 4 nights a week but current leasing consultant only notified tenants about 2 nights.

Poor Management. I have been waiting for a copy of my lease and my security deposit balance that's owe to me since june and still nothing.. Hope upper Management could see this and get back to me....

Living here is very pleasent experience. I have experience a lot of noise as it is an appartment. When I call maintenance there is response is very quick. There was a manager change but I feel it was for the best. Hope this help you.
