I was excited to move in but right now I am underwhelmed. I am new to the building and am having many issues with appliances and communicating with maintenance is challenging because they barely speak English and then they show up without notification. This building is beautiful however should be better maintained. I moved in and my windows were filthy. Unknown if a company is used to clean windows since we cant clean them on the outside. Appliances are outdated and doesnt appear that the building owner is replacing them with newer updated models. I hope I start to feel better about moving here but if not I wont hesitate to move when my lease is up.

Electricity and water are 500 to $800 monthly in the winter months. So far, no plans to replace the noisy and inefficient heaters. The building is cleaned daily. Management immediately deals with the noisy neighbors. Biggest problem is the rent keeps increasing and the costly electricity in the summer I pay close to $200 when I don’t put on the air conditioner and unplug the appliances I lived in a 3 bedroom colonial and paid no more than $350 a monthly. I am planning to move out for the next rent renewal. The turnover of apartments is constant. .

Expect to pay high electricity bills monthly. Heating in the winter is outrageous. I have paid electricity bills as high as $800 for the month. Heating is an additional cost not explained to tenants. The apartment heaters/air conditioners are extremely noisy, old and do not provide sufficient heat. I hear the apartment above running throughout the day and night when mine is turned off. Heating bills can run between $500 - $800 a month during the cold months in addition to the monthly rent, water, parking and annual amentities fee.
