Gem of Hackensack
Prospect Place has been my home for 4 years now and I love everything about it! My parking is very convenient, the maintenance and front desk staff are always helpful and pleasant. Washer and dryer in the unit makes the week easier. Building is always nice and clean.

nice place
living here has been very peaceful at times the amenities are great and the staff is awesome. only thing is this is a smoke free building but you can sometimes smell marijuana in common spaces , stair cases and hallways Im lucky I don't live next door to anyone but I still can smell it. other then that safe building
