I've lived here for about a year, this is my second time living in an apt vs renting a home. I have had a lot of issues with pests, including termites and ants. The property management team is responsive, but sometimes the contractors are less responsive and things fall off. Overall, I enjoy living here, but I would definitely say you have to be willing and able to follow up on maintenance items yourself sometimes.
