Maintenance is slow to get work orders done. Office staff is friendly, pluming is always an issue. Water gets turned off at random times with no notice due to them working on a Maintenance issue.

Kinda annoying how the neighbors take up 2-3 parking spots with their car to save spots, management & staff barely even replies so that’s frustrating
