Could be worse

When it comes to the staff there is almost no one that is communicative. We set our move in date, they approved it, then we showd up that day with all of our things and they said they werent ready and to call them later that day. We also have a problem with the shower right when we moved in. 1.5 months before someone came and they came with no heads up. The only thing i really like about this apartment is the price for the size.

Rent increase doesn't compare to upgrades

We are in the middle of a parking lot overall so that's not on you. However our rent has skyrocketed but I have ten year old carpet paint blinds flooring cupboards etc. I am paying the same as someone moving in with all the upgrades.
