Not ideal but very inexpensive. We needed to save money and living here helped but after a year i am done.
Evergreen Terrace
Kinda annoying how the neighbors take up 2-3 parking spots with their car to save spots, management & staff barely even replies so that’s frustrating
Could be worse
When it comes to the staff there is almost no one that is communicative. We set our move in date, they approved it, then we showd up that day with all of our things and they said they werent ready and to call them later that day. We also have a problem with the shower right when we moved in. 1.5 months before someone came and they came with no heads up. The only thing i really like about this apartment is the price for the size.

The parking is the best thing about the place everything else is average or gives you a headache. Decent location for price
