I feel as if the property would be more valuable with amenities easy to access. I’d love to see a gym or a pool easily accessible. Or a larger dog park with interactive activities. Orherwise, I think its a wonderful place.

I've definitely lived in worse apartments. The noise of the person walking above me is pretty annoying and hard to ignore.
