I like everything about the apartment for the most part. It would have been nice to get an actual tour from Echo Park to know where the mail room is, the gym, the dog wash station ect. I also noticed the sidewalks don’t get shoveled when it snows and no salt gets put down which makes things difficult when walking my dog.

Some if the worst parking I’ve ever experiences af an apartment complex. No assigned spots, its all free for all, unless you want to pay out extra for a small garage. If you’re getting home any time past 8 or 9 PM, you can bet you’re going to have to park across the complex and walk all the way to your apartment. There are also not enough spots for the amount of units they rent out. Arriving home late after working until midnight, I often have to snake through the entire lot until I see there are zero spots left, and then I have to go park in the neighborhood actoss the street, whete my car was vandalized once before when I had to do so. I contacted the office multiple times asking fir help with that situation, and if they could check their cameras, but they flat out ignored my emails. Other than that, okay place to live, I guess.

The application and moving process went so smoothly with the help of Ashlyn and Joscelyn! Those 2 ladies are great and words cannot express how thankful we are for this being such an easy process. Communication with the office has also been very good. Emails are responded to within a couple of hours at most and calls are always answered unless they are slammed up at the office.
