Best Apartments
I've never had any issues at Andover Pointe. Each time I've had a maintenance request they come in the next day. I absolutely love the keyless entry to my apartment. Staff has always been friendly and responsive. There's a ton of parking as well.
Still new, but good so far
We've been here for 3 months so far, no complaints.. Apartment complex is clean. Maintenance is fast. Office staff is nice and cooperative. It's been winter time so haven't used the pool yet, but the gym is nice and it's 24/7 which is convenient for my partner, wish they had a little more variety of workout pieces.

No real complaints, little bit of interstate noise but you get used to it most of the time.

I don't think there is enough garage, like when there is a new tenant and I occupy it, but everything is perfectly fine. There is a part of the apartment that is always cold, even if we have the heating on, and only that, the parking lot fills up and you have to put your car somewhere else, but it's only in seasons I think but everything is very good apart from that.
