We were moving out and had a big job to do Lenn was working the days we were cleaning out our unit. Lenn was kind and professional. She helped us immensely with a dolly and was available for all our questions. She had a great sense of humor and made every engagement enjoyable. Finally Lenn recommended a place for us to park our moving truck. Thanks for the help and friendship. ... Read more

Don't know how this place received so many good reviews. It was the reason I chose them. But in two years, my rent has more than doubled. And if you are late more than 20 days, you will get a $60 lockout fee (they lock you out of your unit until you pay) plus the $20 late fee. They really should be clear about this stuff when signing the lease but they weren't at all. Never coming back here. Putting in my notice next month. ... Read more

Rent for non-climate controlled 10x10 went from 119 to 150 after only 3 months. I understand owner’s prerogative to set rates wherever they choose, but a no-notice 25% increase is uncool, along with never returning my calls or emails to discuss. Unsat. Moving our stuff 4 miles up the street to Lockbox for only 79/ month, same size unit. ... Read more

We have been at this Storage Mart since about mid-2023. The managers (thank you Jenn) of the facility have been very nice, helpful, accommodating and courteous. If I had anything negative to say, it would be that the lighting could be a little better. But, the facility is easy to get into and out of and is always clean. ... Read more

A few months ago they changed their systems and supposedly sent an email. I was on autopay and locked out of my unit 2 months in a row and when I went in to find out why the employee Jenn C started with your account is delinquent. "Never said how can I help you?" I responded with maybe a phone call or an email would be nice. Jenn said an email was sent yesterday. Bottom line when they change their system they took me off of autopay and then she blamed it on me. She was extremely rude and hostile and asked me to leave. I reminded her that I am the customer. I thought she was going to stand up and beat me. After a few minutes of arguing, she finally pulled up my credit card information. And asked which card I would want it on. There were two on file. I said the one it was always on. I don't remember changing anything therefore I didn't read any emails because there wasn't a need. I was on auto pay. If you change your system, it is your responsibility to contact me by phone and get the authorization. Not blame me the customer. If it wasn't so much work to move my things to another place I would never ever go back to this place. That woman was scary. I almost went to the police. That's how hostile she was. So sad that customer service has become hostile instead of trying to help the customer. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at StorageMart - 10921 Sapp Brothers Drive include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Multi-Level Storage, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 400 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
