Quiet building in a great location. Office staff are nice and helpful (if you can get in contact with them). Any maintenance issues have always been resolved quickly.

Lived here 3 years and have seen a decline in the cleanliness of the lobby and a lack of care in the new tenants moving in. Tons of cigarette butts are tossed all outside the front of the building and the smell of weed constantly seeps inside my unit as well as around the property. The front entrance door does not operate properly, and the intercom often stops working. In the garage, trash is left inside the Emergency Storm Shelter, as though some homeless persons have been staying in there. There's an unbearable urine scent in the elevator. The windows leak during heavy rains, and the hot water does not last long since the water heater needs to be replaced. One neighbor, slams their door at all hours of the day or night, every time they leave and return from smoking. As a result, this last year has been unbearable.
