They are never available to fix anything. They threaten you with collections. We needed issues to be addressed so didn't pay until it was resolved. They threatened us and still didn't contact us to resolve anything. Watch out for Troy who basically said "don't contact me". Elevate holdings is not any better and will not call you back. We filed a complaint with the BBB which they didn't respond to and also filed a complaint with the NE Real Estate Commission. We are in the process of filing in civil court. Do not for your own sake, rent from this place.

I BEEN HERE FOR 2 WEEKS AND IT ALREADY FEELS LIKE HOME, PEOPLE ARE NICE AND TONES OF STUFF IN WALKING DISTANT

Office staff do not respond to emails, and never follow up on phone calls. Parking is not secure despite being called secured parking. The maintenance staff is great; however, their third-party maintenance hires take months to show up. No amenities to speak of because the existing ones constantly break and are not replaced. Overall, poor value.

There’s been promise of fixing the Parking fence but it’s very much accessible to be broken into. It also seems weird that there’s no leasing office here in the building I feel like I’m in charge of letting ups, Amazon, etc into the building.
