It is a well maintained property for the most part. We have had on going issues with our hot water for our duration here. Most other things seem satisfactory.

Looks nice from the outside but will raise your rent almost $400 if you want to go month to month after your lease.

Cottonwood has been great so far. Didn't expect to live here as long as I have. The staff is great, it's safe and maintenance is always available.
