Well everything works well and the location is phenomenal the staff are very professional and friendly just kinda really difficult neighbors who are very loud and obnoxious all hrs

The apartments themselves are good quality, there could be more airflow in the building as it's somewhat smelly and stuffy. The parking lots are rough on vehicles and would like if they could be leveled out better.

I have lived here for almost 5 years. The location is great and the apartment itself is nice. It's great as long as I don't have an issue. When there is an issue, then the staff are poor at coming up with a solution that works and are not great at communicating. Pricing has gone up and utilities that used to be covered by rent no longer are. Without any updates or amenities beside a half working laundry room, I feel like the amount I'm paying no longer matches the value of what I am I getting.

I believe I have lived here for about 15 years. Gee, where does the time go. Our maintenance person is well trained and can figure out any problem. He is prompt. Do what you need do to hold on to him as an employee. The person who cleans our common areas is hard working and does their best to keep our building clean. Please hold on to them as well. Snow removal is prompt. I am never bothered by anyone and I always feel safe.
