I've lived at First Street Lofts since the building opened in June 2021. I moved here because it had central AC, unlike my last place that had only one room air conditioner unit for the entire apartment. First Street Lofts has good insulation and windows, so I never hear outdoor noise. The place was thoughtfully designed. Christy, the property manager, responds quickly to requests. I'm a picky person, but I have no complaints about First Street Lofts.

Love the stainless steel applicances. Dryer and washer work great. Love the location and parking. Our neighbors and managers have been very respectful. I feel safe with the locked entrance and key entry.

Love the stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer work great, and since we’ve moved in there were no issues in our unit. Love the respectfulness of the neighbors and management. The only issue we had was the water leaking from the snow melting on the roof, but management had hired a crew to come and fix the damage from the water leakage as soon as they could.
