I have lived here for almost 5 years and there is a storage facility next door where noise comes from and very early hours of the morning like between 3:00 am and 5:00 am, I think residents should really have assigned parking. residents are being adversely affected by gentrification, I understand this is a state-wide issue. Otherwise the staff is great and very responsive, and friendly, as well is the maintenance staff.

Fairly decent, but a little overpriced for the traffic and noise of police and fire sirens and the storage facility next door making noise at 5:00 AM.

They advertise a pool but don't expect it to be working.

It was bad enough that we were supposed to have a working pool, but not! No assigned parking and rents raised almost to the point where people with a limited income can't afford to live like those over 65 on SSI.
