It's ok when I first moved in but the apartment is too small for the rent to consistently go up every year

I have been a resident for 7 months and I really have and I am still enjoying my apartment. The staff is phenomenal, maintenance is always on time and willing to help. The community is clean and it's definitely neighbor friendly .

Fireworks and music that wake up our children 2-4 times a month. Better communication about things would be very nuce like how the pool has been closef and we have no idea for how long.

I really like the location of The Lofts. Most neighbors are quite and kind. The newly added park and longue area are nice. However the ground is stay wet for days after it rains. The parking lot could use a bit more TLC. The Staff are friendly when speaking to them. However is the responds time for maintenance requests could be better, but with a little push the issues get addressed. Overall 4 out of 5 stars.

I have been here since 12/2022 and so far I love the complex. Everyone stays to themselves but they will speak . Maintenance is always on point and they are friendly as well as the office staff
