Don't move here

I moved here not knowing what I was getting into new to the City of Raleigh I had no information to go on but this has been one of the most horrible apartment complexes I have ever seen they have switched management three times in the 18 months that I've been here and each time the management staff gets worse I am currently having a water issue that's been going on since February 12th today is April 7th we're in the middle of a covid-19 crisis and I can't even wash my hands with hot water unless I boil it
