Great with room to improve

Overall a very enjoyable place to live in a great location. I wish the parking deck was more secure, but the place is generally kept clean, and the maintenance staff are friendly and prompt. The appliances could use improvement, particularly the washer/dryer, but the apartmenrs are well-designed and feel more spacious than the square-footage suggests.

Great location, staff, amenities, quietness and maintenance.

Love the experience of Elan City Center. Responsiveness by staff, efforts around maintenance and events. Thrash volume and hallways/gym vacuuming has been challenge, I know staff is working on addressing. Overall good value.
