This complex is charging all of us money in every lease for amenities we cannot use due to work and schedules for school. Pool been closed for years WHY???

I've lived here 4 years. I love my apartment. There's a need for better care in the area below my deck. The overgrown brush, brings all sort of animals to my deck. For quite sometime, there have been frogs. There are these large unsightly work trucks that park in my area. The road signs concern me. At this time, there is a 3 way stop at the intersection of Coolridge Court and Hylton Drive. I feel it would be best to have a 4-way stop to avoid confusion and possible accidents. These are issues that were brought up previously, but nothing seems to change. I'm sure you would agree, that where we live is very important to us. It would be wonderful if these issues, which are not in our home, could be addressed by management.

And my 8 years here all departments have turned over multiple times. Finally we have consistency calls are answered and maintenance shows up instead of waiting to call you back. I have recommended spring Forest apartments to multiple people that I know.

The only thing I don't like about living here is the occasional vehicle noises -- otherwise I love it here and want to stay "forever".
