My husband and I moved here in May of this year. We LOVE the location: close to downtown, adjacent to shops and amenities + we can walk our dog in the beautiful neighborhoods nearby. The building is large, yet offers a level of charm that we enjoy. It is as well-maintained as one can expect with 242 units and a variety of tenants. There are issues such as the pool being out of commission repeatedly and the elevator missing a part for several weeks, but management communicates regularly and clearly to manage expectations. Overall, we're very happy here and plan to stay a good while longer.

Maintainance and staff team need to be more dedicated and support effectively all issues we faced during last year. Cleaning, parking noise (Alarm), pool cleaning, common areas cleaning.

Great location. Most things are well maintained but the trash room isnt and makes the whole complex have a trash odor. Pool and fitness center are adequate. Overall a good place to live but there are some things that could be done to make this a top notch complex.
