Approved applicants with pets will be required to pay a non-refundable one-time pet fee for each pet and may be required to pay a pet deposit. Monthly pet rent for dogs and cats will be included in the lease.  The monthly pet rent will be determined by the review of information and documentation provided in the pet screening profile.  Service/Support animals are not considered pets. BREED RESTRICTIONS Breed restrictions include Pit Bulls, Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Dobermans, Chows, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Wolf Hybrids, and Huskies.  This applies to full or partial breeds. We reserve the right to amend the breed restrictions at any time we deem necessary.

Friendly, Thoughtful Staff

Antonio was very informative, kind and helpful to us during the process of looking at the apartments at Laurel Springs. He was able to answer any questions that we had and didn't seem to mind us asking a lot of them. We don't actually live there (yet) but from what we could tell it will be a good experience when it comes to be. We also crossed paths with some of the maintenance personnel, who were friendly and welcoming while they were accepting an order for new appliances. All in all it seems like a good place to be, the staff seems to enjoy what they do and the company they work for. Again, the kindness and thoughtfulness was refreshing, and we never felt rushed or forced into the process of renting like so many other places have been.

I gotta brag...

Okay, so let me tell you - the staff at laurel springs is **amazing**. This is round 2 of me living here and I have 0 regrets, except for maybe I should have renewed my lease before leaving the first time. Their maintenance staff has to be some of the NICEST, responsive maintenance guys ever. they fix things right the first time, almost never any return trips and they always leave a note for you to let you know what they've done, and what they might be waiting for. There's never a question about what's going on; they let you know same day they started doing the repair and it eases a lot of stress. They're super careful when they come in during the pandemic. And the office staff? Ya'll come lease with Paul, this guy knows the answer to the most random questions I asked - and trust me, I stumped myself with some of the questions! The new leasing consultant is such a sweetheart, and he is always so nice! Makes my day whenever I get him on the phone. And Ann? Hands down one of the best property managers ever. She's always really helpful, happy, and *there* if you need her. all in all, super glad I came back to laurel springs and renewed my lease. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else! Thanks team laurel springs!

Laurel Springs Apartments A Place to Call Home

I leased my spacious beautiful one bedroom one bath apartment for two years. The rooms are large and the living room has a wood burning fireplace with a sun room off of it and a spacious balcony. I was able to container grow flowers and medicinal herbs on my balcony while enjoying visits by butterflies, hummingbirds, and goldfinches. The woods near the complex provides a lively habitat for birds and rabbits and is alive with the sounds of birds and the hoots of owls. One morning I work up and saw a huge owl outside my window perched on the lamp post across from my bedroom window. Living at Laurel Springs was like living in a community of friends. My immediate neighbor and I will remain lifelong friends. It was a pleasure staying at Laurel Springs Apartments.

Great Place To Live - Great Value, Staff and Location!

I literally moved - and then almost immediately came back. You cannot beat the entire staff at Laurel Springs. Their team is responsive- quick to respond to work orders, leasing questions, and always have a smile on their face! The apartments are spacious, in great condition, and you can't beat the rent price OR the location! They have a brand new bark park, new mail center and they're making improvements to the balconies and installing energy-efficient lighting... They try to make sure all of their tenants are taken care of and happy, and it's amazing! I lived here for 5 years and can't believe I even thought about moving. My neighbors are super friendly, my building like the complex is quiet and I can't say enough good things about Laurel Springs!
