Lovely place to live

Overall, the experience of living here has been great compared to other complexes we've lived at locally. The staff is wonderful and the areas are well taken care of/clean, and they're quick to address any issues with parking or noise complaints! The only thing I could take points off of my score here would be for some of the individuals who speed down the highway in their loud cars can be obnoxious but that isn't necessarily the complex's fault as this happens almost everywhere in NC we've found... 92/100 is what I would rate living here!

It has been a pleasure living here. I have not had any issues, problems or concerns. The staff has been great to deal with and I am happy that I chose this place to make my home.

So far, so good!

So far, I like it. It's not as "luxury" as I expected, based on some of the aesthetics that I see in my unit, mainly the outdated, old washer and dryer and the super small refrigerator that leaves a lot of open space around it. No pantry and coat closet. Other than that, I think the community is well kept and aside from my upstairs neighbor who does a lot of walking very hard walking all day and night, the neighborhood seems very quiet.

Not what I expected

upon move in only models are shown, the appliances didn't go with the model. property upkeep is blah, not as secure as stated there's a gate which cars come and go w/o code just tailgate right on in. things could be way better for the amounts collected, like the housekeeping should be a reasonable option in rental package not an expensive add on. The concierge is a waste this is not one building, its spread out deliver to my home sometimes things are heavy and the concierge is an extra step when it could just come to the apt as requested? and why is there no valet trash you have elders walking to the ONE dump area which is far depending where you stay out here. For the price JBC could really do more. I dont understand the increase each year you dont give anything more or add anything else but the price increases for what...tvs in the community area a WASTE of money. I would have rather had new electronic door locks? who still has keys these days how secure is this? alarms do nothing cant get you any help, just make noise the front office advises you NOT to even touch it? what's that about? upgrade the security features here some residents need that due to domestic issues what is provided simply give the perception and that is not enough, lighting is necessary in the evening going to the poolside B-Ball area could be a snake or anything there.
