Convenient, Well-Maintained, Pleasant

I've been here 5 years. Lovely property and location, well-maintained, friendly maintenance staff. Property management can be uneven at times, lots of turnover. Pool is beautiful but can be noisy at times, if you have a courtyard-facing apartment. Highly recommend overall.

Enjoyed my stay

Good experience overall, have often had issues with marijuana smell daily throughout the floors, and noise was an issue often. Nice amenities and a good maintenance staff. I'm moving mainly because of the price increase vs. the value, and how I was treated one month my payment was late where I was forced to pay way over what I felt was reasonable while I was traveling. Staff members have had a bad attitude downstairs a few times, but for the most part, everyone has been friendly. Thankful for my stay but time to move on.
