Great value and location
I've really enjoyed the secluded nature of my unit in the complex. The apartments are surrounded by foliage, which helps with noise and gives a feeling of isolation within the city. The amenities are standard and I appreciate the proactivity of staff in addressing issues within the unit.

Arium Trailwood is a quiet and community effective. Staff management and maintenance is great. Dog owners and dog park is friendly.
