for the price of rent, appliances should be nicer, especially the kitchen. there are no ceiling lights at all in the bedrooms.. thats my only complaint. love the area and neighbors. pools are great, gym and laundromat could use some renovating but they're good enough. have not used maintenance yet, so dont know if they are good. the people in the office are very kind and reasonable!
