Great location, just too expensive

Great location and the community is fairly decent although lately it seems the newer residents are neglecting the community quite a bit. You can hear EVERYTHING from the apartment next door and it becomes very annoying. It seems they prefer to rent to a certain ethnicity because there is no mixture here as there in other communities. I feel that the rates are too high to not have all the amenities of the other communities. I will be leaving when my lease is up.
