i have been here three years now i like my apartment staff is great only thing id say is an issue is having one handicap parking spot in front of the building. its a fight to park in it and it get really annoying but besides that everything else is cool.

Staff is super friendly I’ve never had any issues that weren’t resolved in a few days by maintenance.

I really like the location and the look of the apartment. The grounds are nice and the parking is fairly decent with many garages available for rent. Where I think they can improve is in the maintenance. We had an issue that was reported through our sensors, the emergency line, and through the online portal. It took over a month from the first report until there was some form of fix. But looking at the fix they did the minimal work to "cover" up the problem. The problem still exist but just less. Problem is the problem only arises when our neighbors run their equipment. But the maintenance is unwilling to work with both parties so that the fix can be verified. Also, they come and do work, but don't specify what was done or what next steps to expect. Very little communication, not even to courtesy ask when the best time to come. Its a shame as this place is decent outside of that.

Management is not good. Maintenance is one sided property is beautiful because of the landscaping but other than a landscaping, it is trashy. Maintenance can only do it so much apartments inside are mediocre and not worth the price but they have to keep up with the surrounding properties that are newer.
