abysmal new management

it has been an absolute nightmare since the new management has taken over . there is no accountability regarding the fobs for leasing office and gym . we are expected to blame our neighbors if they lock us out of it as some fobs work and some don't , no timeline on when anything will get fixed . its hunger games for a high rent location . its going to be around two months since they have been here and no work done but they will collect rent without fail on time . they might as well stop mentioning that they are providing amenities if they had any shame but they don't .

Maintenance is awesome

Maintainance team ia awesome since i been here almost 3 years and I have not had any trouble with anyone around . Office staff nice and helpful. Do think the biuldings could be repaint nicer and pressure wash the walkways . Rent is to high
