The apartments looks sort of old but the basic amenities and staff are excellent. The rents some sort of affordable compare to others.

Now a days the maintenance is a problem and also at the tome of renewal they provided me some services but never delivered, i wanted to cleanup my apartment as the ac vent is full of dust and when we trun on ac the power bill doubles.
