“Luxury” Apartments

Semi-luxury apartment complex with a constantly changing staff since apparently no one wants to work for this property management company/complex. The only real great thing about this place is the location. Residents don’t pick up their dogs poop and all staff does is send an email about it instead of living up to their side of the lease by fining the residents. People smoking weed out on their balcony. Maintenance people are nice and seem to like their job but the leasing staff look and act like they dread being there. Probably why there were dozens of new staff members in the 2 years I was there. Apartment itself is decent. Definitely wouldn’t say it’s a true luxury apartment. Just semi luxury compared to the real luxury apartments around Raleigh/Durham.
