For my wife and me, this is the best rent in town. We lived here since 2024 and we are signing our third lease now. The special points are: 1) 1-3 cars can park in the garage on the same floor as your room. The garage is large, and parking is easy. 2) Service people are great. Renter's problems are always taken seriously and dealt with professionally. 3) The lights, ceiling fans, windows, screens, and appliances are of better quality. Storage spaces are plenty. Independent air-conditioning works well.
