Well maintained property. Good view and community

I’ve lived here for about a year and a half now. I’m a pretty low maintenance resident. I’ll start by saying it’s a nice area along with the apartments. Recently, the apartment building I’m living in has had ant problems which I have been taking videos and keeping track of. They have been all over the bottom floor and also making their way into my apartment through the walls. I requested someone to come and spray and an explanation of what they actually did. This was the beginning of July, 2026. I’ll mention that the ants coming from the wall got into my cat’s feeder while I was on vacation. I had to pay $300 fee for the cat in order to keep them in my apartment along with a fee of $30/month. Along with ˜ $20 a month for pest control fees. Not exactly sure where that is going. The management at this complex isn’t exactly giving me the impression that they even care about the quality of living in their apartments for their residents and pets due to their inaction and apparent disinterest. Especially for how much I’m paying. It’s ridiculous. Take some action, people. Seriously. I reached out multiple times, with no response. I will also say, after sending the email to them, they have been sending out emails to the community. To me, that action shows ignorance since it appeared that they were ignoring my concern. Do with this information as you will. I will update my review based off their response. It really is a nice area. But I’m very disappointed with the management here. Another issue I have had is being consistently fined for “smelly” trash from their valet service. I was under the impression that not all trash smells great, but what do I know. I no longer utilize this service as I feel I can do a better job without fuss. Do better, Marquis on Cary Parkway! Where’s the accountability? -Dissapointed Resident

Good apartment community with a convenient location and responsive management. Maintenance service was prompt, and the staff was helpful. Overall, I had a positive living experience.?????

Unit 6 has full parking space. Would be great if I can park closer to my apartment, but 1st come 1st serve.

Whenever creates any maintenance request, staff closes it without visiting. Most of the problem needs multiple requests to get it done.
