We love living in Birkdale! To us, it feels like living in the heart of a little town. You cannot beat the location and amenities, with so many more things planned. Parking can be a challenge, especially if the private lot is full, but that is a small price to pay for living where we do. The location is what drew us here, but the diverse floorplans is what made us stay. We hope to stay here for a long time!

Haven at Birkdale Village has been an awesome place to live. The staff is extremely friendly, and the location is perfect for people of all ages and backgrounds. There are events almost every week, and the atmosphere is extremely inviting. It's within a short drive's distance of Charlotte, Lake Norman, Concord Mills Mall, and many other great, fun locations.

I've been living in my apartment for about 2 mos now and I absolutely love it. I have a townhouse that has an odd floor plan which makes it very cozy. The only con I have is that the wait staff that works in the resturant below me, likes to hangout behind the restaurant and make a lot of noise, which is where my bedrooms. are located.
