I've really enjoyed living here; it's super quiet and safe for my children. When I have any maintenance to do, the service is excellent and fast.

Parking is good. Some spots are very narrow. Otherwise, this is a nice place to live.

I enjoy living here. The property is very clean and well maintained. The office and maintenance staff are courteous, and helpful. Maintenance requests are typically fixed within 24 hours and emergency maintenance is taken care of ASAP. Despite being a large community, it is not noisy and residents are typically friendly and mostly keep to themselves. The only thing I would love to see is Valet trash. Personally, I would pay a little extra for Valet trash.

We've been living here for 6 months now and am so impressed with staff response to maintenance requests, and any other requested need. The landscaping is pristine, and we rarely see any trash on the grounds.

New resident. Staff is easy to work with and very caring. My unit has large bedrooms due to being a handicapped unit...a real plus. Bathrooms are great. Two appliances looked rough when I started moving in but one has already been replaced and I have not yet discussed the second one with management yet.d
