Small fish tanks (under 25 gallons) and birds (2 maximum) are allowed. All dogs must be on a leash when outside of the apartment on premises. We do not accept any aggressive breeds: (Rottweilers, Dobermans, Chows, Pitt Bulls, Staffordshire Terrier, German Shepard, Akitas, Wolf-Hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, or any mix thereof. Its been amazing. Staff is lovely. Place is spacious. Maintenance comes super fast

This is the 3rd rental company im less than a year of living here. They were supposed to do a walk through to discuss maintenance issues but never did. Im paying for pest control to come monthly but they have never come. Now the company wants to charge if there isnt a rental company on file.
