Great Location
This apartment complex has great parking and is in the perfect location relative to the Duke Medical Campus if you want to avoid the hassle of Duke Parking. Very quiet and great maintenence staff!

1 Bedroom Apartment Review
I loved my time at Flats Exchange. First of all big shout out to Charles from maintenance team. One of the most genuine people I've ever met. My Cons are: - Floors above the second floor are too noisy. I've had many nights in which I couldn't sleep because the person right above me was stamping, laughing, playing loud music. - Amenities are nice but it's not right that we pay premium price even during the pandemic with a closed gym. - Pool is very nice but sometimes would see kids from bordering neighborhoods sneak in and jump in the pool - No security to call if you have problems at night, all other apartments have. -Water quality might not be great. I had mold grow in my shower multiple times. Shout out to Iman
