Great place, great people, wonderful location!

Lived here just under a year, love the staff, the residents are great and location is wonderful. You can never beat great location just off ninth street, 7mins to downtown, Harris Teeter and Whole Foods. The amenities provided for the residents are amazing. The office staff is always at hand to help! Like I said, Great Place, Great People (both staff and residents) Wonderful Location!

Best in the Area

B9 is the best place you could be in, on 9th street. The staff is prompt and maintenance is very responsive. All apartments have a balcony/patio which makes the experience even better.
