Pretty Dope

The nook is a pretty cool spot…. I mean i wish housing in general was wayyyy more affordable but, in this day in age and living in a capatalistic society, its expected for prices to be the way they are. Its also expected to be this way because of the location, its not a bad spot all in all.

Nook

This apartment is very convenient to plaza Midwood. You can walk everywhere. The apartment is super noisy from sirens to trains, and every person walking down the street. The local bars are loud and it feels as if you are in the bar, listening to karaoke. Not having on-site management can have you feeling like the tenants don’t respect the property. Sometimes the elevator doesn’t work for days. People Leaving messes in the elevator (dog pee, spilled wine, trash etc.) I wouldn’t live here again even to save the money

Great Location, but noisy and expensive.

The location of the property is excellent (close to nightlife, shops, restaurants) but is very noisy being on Central Ave. Great for a young active professional, but probably not for a family with small children. Very expensive, but competitive pricing for the neighborhood. The only downside is the maintenance response time is poor and the cleanliness of the property continues to decline (garbage and rubbish left for weeks before being cleaned up, broken locks to exterior of building not fixed for multiple weeks). I think a few minor fixes to this property could make it a 5/5 residence. Until then, It's a 3.5/5 in my opinion.
