Exceptional Living

My experience living here so far has been pretty great! I've been here just over two months and I can honestly say I am happy I selected the Links as my new home. Great apartment layouts! I love the appliances, marble countertops and hardwood floors. I'd say the only downfall is there are no elevators - if you live on the 3rd or 4th floor, its like another task added to your very stressful, long day. Otherwise, the staff is super friendly and attentive. As for the community, it is absolutely wonderful. Every grocery store, doctor's office, restaurant or gym are conveniently located. I believe the Links is great for any family or single professional. I 100% recommend the Links to be your new home, I promise you won't be disappointed.

Great property and location

I can't wait to enjoy the wonderful amenities. So far this property is great. My only concern is the noise and stomping from upstairs. Other than that it would be 5* for me.

living at the Links

Nice facilties, parking is the worst. There are signs indicating that certain lots are dedicated to, "residents only" however, the staff don't feel that enforcing their own parking policy is necessary. Even though you live here, you'll play second fiddle to those who use our parking lot to attend the gym across the street, as well as all the employees in the retail stores here. Otherwise, it would be great!!

Maintenance Problems

We have repeatedly asked for our bedroom closet shelving to be fixed after it broke and fell of off the wall. We need this fixed due to space and family coming to visit. We are very displeased with this.

I am disappointed with the issues regarding deliveries to building #5 - ay packages have been lost or delivered late and we depend on a portion of them for our business
