The landscaping needs to be better. It's being neglected especially the buildings that's not located in the front. Residents sit outside my building smoking weed which has been reported numerous of times. The apartments are very outdated.

living in this area of ??the city of charlotte has been incredible, it has a good location close to many places like supermarkets, parks, lakes and good schools for our children it is also safe for the residents of the community.
