Solid Apartment

I've lived here since April of 2024 and have enjoyed my experience so far. We did have an issue with getting our apartment's dishwasher installed but it was resolved and every other maintenance request has been handled quickly. Carpets and walls are dingy and every now and then elevator or door entrance will break. Would be perfect if those annoyances could be fixed.

Few Complaints

prior ownership was so cheap that the Greystar ownership feels great in comparison. whenever there are issues, they seem to get addressed. would definitely prefer a grocery mart or something useful underneath instead of a brewery, though -- this area of Charlotte is being developed to be more walkable/cyclable, nice access to the blue line and little sugar creek greenway, as well as very walkable to the bars in 'downtown' NoDa. hopefully 28th street isn't demolished for another complex, and it goes back to being reasonable retail for all the people moving here to get to enjoy.
