New owners and renovated apartments

Don't go by the old reviews! New owners have renovated something like 150 apartments, office staff is great to work with, and maintenance tries hard to get to any issue ASAP. Just off highway 70 and only 5 minutes from UMSL!

Great living space

In my experiecne of living here it has been nothing but good, anytime i have a problem with anything i can call the office & tell them what my problem is & they will come fix it with 2 days or less. Anytime i was behind on rent or needed a ext day or 2 they are always willing to work with me as long as i communicate.
