My air conditioning has been out since July 2nd. Management tells me that they are waiting for parts to repair it. I told them at this point, they need to hire a company to come out and fix it. They refused, and told me if I didn't like it to put in a 60 day notice and move out. This place is a total joke

Staff has lied to my son since day one. He moved into a newly remodeled apartment. There's paint splatter everywhere. Garbage disposal was broke and stunk for the first year when they finally fixed it. Dishwasher didn't work at first. After months they finally replaced it. They offereed him a different apartment when he first moved in 3 times and they renigged their offer. The A/C is out now for days.They offered him a portabble A/C unit and renigged on that too. They don't follow through on anything they say and if something is broke it takes forever to get it fixed if it even gets fixed.
