The property is not well maintained. They have the priorities on other stuff.Then well maintaining the property.

Overall great place. Have been here over a year and a half. On a first floor and just recently got new neighbors upstairs who let their kids run in the house, it's a pain. Not managements fault though!

I just moved in here and my apartment is so nice. The complex has such a peaceful aura about it. I live on the top floor and the porch creates such a private atmosphere.. Kathy the property manager has been so accommodating.. She is so nice. When you walk in to the leasing office you are greeted by the sweetest puppy.. i just love it here already. Very down to earth.
