Love this place

My husband lived here with a roommate when we were dating and we both loved it here. So, after we got engaged we HAD to get an apartment here. We have been here (again) for almost two years and we LOVE everything about it. Staff is great, other residents are all so friendly, and the property is always so clean and well taken care of. I cannot say enough about the maintenance staff. If we put in a request on the app for anything (screen blew out of a window in a storm, garbage disposal broke, etc.) they come and fix it immediately! I have put in a request at 10 pm and it is fixed by 9:00 am the next day. Everyone is so friendly and helpful here. We love it so much! We are going to move on soon and get a house to start growing our family, but we will definitely be sad to leave Canyon Creek.

Awesome

I’ve been here almost a month and I must say I’ve had a great experience. The neighbors are nice, diverse community! The walls must be very thick because like my old community you could here someone’s tv, them talking etc. ..at Canyon Creek. I don’t experience any of that. The maintenance is quick and very nice. The only issue is the parking after 6p Which isn’t too terrible.. and if you have a disability. They will accommodate an assigned a spot for you. I’m physically active so walking far doesn’t bother me. And sometimes it isn’t that far depending on the time of day. My apt is spacious and cute and I don’t feel like I live in a closet. Highly recommend!

Parking on Colony Church RD

The parking situation on this street is ridiculous. I have had to park up the hill towards the office several times. And most of it is people who don't even live here. The residents company takes up the parking space of the residents who pay to live here. Whats worst is this has been an issue on this street for several years and nothing has been done about it. Other then more reserved spots.

Parking is really not the best. And when it snows I believe we need salt to be put down around the cars.
