I perosnally would never live here again or not in the back. Where we lived was almost a retirement community. Everyone like to stare ar you every time. We had neighbors come out and just watch us. Also our increase in rent was rhe same price as someone moving in. Our current apartment is on the market for $10 more than we paid monthly. Had a fire in the complex due to A/C and no one ever did a check on everyone elses… just not worth the time or money they want.

So I’m just about to move in on Thursday. But I’ve had a great experience so far. Everyone has been very nice and very accommodating. And everything has gone fairly smooth. There was a little hiccup with my apartment, but they offered me something in return it great. So so far I am very happy with the experience.
