I've been very happy since I moved in about 6 years ago. ??
A community that is evolving.
It is a good place to live. However, management needs to be given stricter authority to deal with undesirable's. IE. speeders, stop sign runners to name a few.

This is a decent apartment in a pretty good location. I wish the rent wouldn't increase every year but I'm sure it goes on everywhere.

I have lived here nearly eight years, it's nice enough place the buildings are old and not very well maintained The parking is adiqite but not good,,, I place has it's problems but it is tipicle. after covid the rent went up $100 a month for no reason. It's no more that a place to live.
