Lack of document access and build quality

I can not access my lease agreements and documents as i could before, maintenance requests are slow in response and if not communicated to office staff directly are hard to have clear yes or no and when answers. This is really a pain, I want to submit a request and have a reasonable time of response and know when people will be here and for how long they will be here. Build quality and attention to detail on finishings in the unit and building spaces is noticeable and unsightly. I have to park across the street in a separate city run garage. The residential building should have enough spaces for at least one vehicle per every unit even though it is a city environment its still St. Louis
