I have lived here since October 2023 and have had no issues. I love the things to do around the apartment building, I love the access to downtown. I live higher up in the apartment building so I don't hear any noise at all. Parking below the building is a must.....

I had an amazing experience living in "The Arcade" loft! The location was perfect, and the amenities were great for artists. The loft itself was spacious with plenty of natural light and had an overall pleasant vibe. I highly recommend "The Arcade" to anyone looking for a unique and comfortable living space!

The Victor Apartments are by far the best contemporary and newly renovated residential properties that I have seen. The modern decor, inspiring abstract paintings, welcoming entrance and high ceilings are incomparable. The Victor is Truly an amazing place to live
